Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Accepted Reasons for Return
We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The item is defective or has a manufacturing flaw
- The wrong product, size, or color was shipped

Return & Refund Process
Here’s how to start and complete a return with Thebluetees:
- Contact Us:
Send an email to support@thebluetees.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect). - Review & Approval:
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address. - Ship the Item:
Carefully package and ship the item back to us using the method provided. Be sure to retain your shipping receipt and tracking information. - Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, we will process your refund or ship your replacement product. - Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), Thebluetees will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to another acceptable issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards or digital purchases
