Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Please Note: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Accepted Reasons for Return

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The item is defective or has a manufacturing flaw
  • The wrong product, size, or color was shipped
  • The item received is significantly different from its description

Return & Refund Process

Here’s how to start and complete a return with Thebluetees:

    Send an email to support@thebluetees.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
  2. Review & Approval:
    Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item:
    Carefully package and ship the item back to us using the method provided. Be sure to retain your shipping receipt and tracking information.
  4. Inspection & Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, we will process your refund or ship your replacement product.
  5. Refund Timeline:
    Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), Thebluetees will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to another acceptable issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or digital purchases
