4. Will the print fade after washing?
We use high-quality printing techniques to ensure long-lasting color. To preserve the print, we recommend turning the shirt inside out and washing on a cold, gentle cycle.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, having an account allows for quicker checkout, order tracking, and access to future offers.
6. Can I apply multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours. After that, they may already be in processing or shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

13. What is your return policy?
Our return policy is strict and only accepts returns for errors on our part or if the product is faulty/damaged upon arrival.
We accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong item, incorrect size, or wrong color (meaning the item received does not match what you ordered).
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
We strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change-of-mind or subjective dissatisfaction.
- Sizing issues if the correct size was sent based on your original order.
- Damage caused by misuse, washing, or wear and tear after receipt.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
14. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team immediately through the βContact Usβ page on our website or by emailing support@thebluetees.com.
In your initial message, you must provide the following mandatory information:
- Full Name (as shown on the order).
- Order Number.
- Detailed Description of the issue.
- Return Preference (replacement or refund).
- Photo Evidence: You need at least 2 clear, close-up images showing the issue, including the affected area/damage, the item’s size tag (if applicable), and the full front and back of the product.
Important: Requests submitted without complete photographic evidence will be automatically rejected.
15. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed only if the return is approved (due to company error/defect) and a replacement item is out of stock.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is confirmed or your cancellation request is approved. The credit will be applied back to your original payment method, and we will notify you via email once the process is complete.
16. Does Theblueteesoffer exchanges if I want a different size or color (non-defective)?
No, our policy does not allow exchanges for non-defective items due to customer preference (e.g., wanting a different size or color).
Our exchange process is strictly reserved for replacing items that were sent incorrectly or arrived damaged/defective. If you wish to acquire a different size or color after receiving a correct, non-defective item, you will be required to place a new order.
